US SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, we charge flat rates of $5.00 for USPS First Class and starting at $10.50 for Priority depending on the weight of the total order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all international orders of $250 or more. For orders under $250, standard USPS shipping rates apply. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country to which the order is being shipped. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Rapha International. If you are unsure of these charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your order in full (minus shipping). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable. You are also responsible for covering return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know the approval of your refund. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 10 days for us to receive and process your return.

Sale items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. You can always return an item (in accordance with our policy) and place a new order for a different size, color, or product. In the rare occasion that we send you a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. If this happens, please send us an email at store@rapha.org so we can resolve the issue immediately!

RETURNING A GIFT

If you received a Rapha House product as a gift, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Please email store@rapha.org for more information.
